Model drawing template

Dear children,

Please remember to purchase a model drawing template from the bookshop. It costs $1.50. You need it to draw models for problem sums. Please use it to draw models in problem sums. It makes your work look neater. Marks are being awarded for models. You can use the model template from P2 all the way to P6, so it is a good investment. Remember to write your name on your model drawing template.

Dear children,

Today I read to u a story titled 'I will never not ever eat a tomato'. I hope you enjoyed the story.

In the charming storybook, Charlie convinces his sister Lola to eat dinner by pretending that each type of food is something new and unusual: carrots are orange twiglets from Jupiter, potatoes are cloud fluff, and peas are green drops from Greenland. Lola eventually joins in by offering Charlie a moonsquirter (tomato).

I know that most of you do not like vegetables like onions, cabbage, peas etc, but they are really beneficial to our health. You can read more about it from the website below.

Reading

Dear parents and children,



USSR/Silent reading is being conducted every morning from 7.05am to 7.15am. You have to have a story book in your bag every day. You have to read a English story book on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Tuesday is reserved for reading of MT books.

Reading of textbooks is not allowed.



I hope you will have a book with you every day. Reading is good for you. It helps you in your English as well as Mathematics.

Arthur's fire drill

This game is called body alphabets.

This game is known as Happy Forest. Those children who are squatting/kneeling down are the squirrels. Those standing up are the trees.

All the children went home with a medal.
