Be Yourself Day

Dear beloved children,

Please remember that Friday is Be Yourself Day. Do remember to dress up creatively! The most creative pupil will walk away with a prize. Do take part in it.

I will take photos of you in your attire and post it on our class blog for all to share!

Do remember to bring a small token of money to donate to those needy. Remember you are very fortunate compared to some of the people in our society. Any amount will do as long as you do it out from your heart. You do it with love in mind for these needy people.

Kindness begets kindness.

Lots of love,
Miss Lau

Be Yourself Day 2008

Dear beloved children,

The once-a-year Be Yourself Day is here again.

As part of our school’s Community Involvement Programme, we will be participating in The New Paper Be Yourself Day on Friday, 19 September 2008 in support of the President’s Challenge 2008.

I would like to encourage all pupils to dress themselves up creatively for the event to express the uniqueness of their personalities. There will be a competition for the "Most Creative Dresser" to celebrate the occasion.

Participants of “ Be Yourself Day “ will help raise funds for the President’s Challenge by making a donation on that day. Please note that the donation may be in any amount.

In the spirit of care and graciousness, please take part in this meaningful event. Beside having fun and displaying their creativity, all of you are also helping the less fortunate members of our society.

Thank you.
