September Holidays Homework

Dearest children,

Please remember to complete all the homwork that is given to you.

Just in case that some of you might have misplaced the homework list, the homework is as follows:

1) Complete composition writing.
2) Complete Maths revision worksheet I section A, B and C.
3) Complete corrections in Maths WB.
4) Complete online assignments at www.lead.com.sg
5) Read up English Unit 15 and 16.
6) Read up Maths Unit 16 and 17.
7) Learn English Unit 13 for Spelling.

1. Read through all the compositions in your MLEA book..
2. Obtain parent's signature for English and Maths files, Maths WB, English and Maths DE 5 (in the files).
3. Go through all your worksheets in English and Maths files.
4. Revise English Unit 9-14.
5. Revise Maths Unit 10 -15.

Dearest children,


I am sure you heard about the movie, Wall-E.


Our school has sent a team to take part in Wall E Build A Robot Competition. It will be held on Saturday, 30th August 2008 at Plaza Singapura, Dhoby Ghaut. It will be from 11am to 2pm. Do come down and support us!

There will be a change of school hours on Friday, 29th August 2008 as we will be celebrating Teachers' Day!

School hours : 7.30a.m. to 10.30a.m.
Please be in school by 7.05a.m. for your silent reading!

There will be a Teachers' Day concert and all of you will get to do the ACES Day workout!

Do bring a small bag with a story book in it. Bring along your water bottle.

Do remind your parents to make the necessary transport arrangements for you on that day.

National Library Board (NLB) will be coming down to our school for Mass Borrowing of Books.


Our class is given the slot - Wednesday, 11.30a.m. to 12 p.m.


Do bring along your library card or school EZ Link cards to borrow the books. If you have forgetten to bring your card, you can borrow the books by telling the NLB staff your class and register number.
